How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and, when available, a link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can use these details to check the latest shipment updates and view the carrier’s estimated delivery date.

If you created an account when placing your order, you may also be able to sign in to review your order history and access available tracking information through your account.

Order Processing & Tracking Updates

Order processing typically takes 1–2 business days before your package is handed over to the shipping carrier.

After dispatch, tracking details may take up to 48 hours to appear or update in the carrier’s system. During this time, your tracking page may show limited information or no new scans. Updates will generally become available as the carrier processes your shipment.

Please note that carrier estimates and tracking updates may vary depending on the destination, shipping provider, and local delivery conditions.
